This policy explains what information GrowShines collects when you use our website and services, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

1. Who we are

This website (growshines.com) and the GrowShines services are operated by GROW SHINE LTD., a company incorporated in Bangladesh under the Companies Act 1994, registration number C-183520/2022, with its registered office at Road-21, Sector-11, Uttara, Dhaka-1230, Bangladesh. GROW SHINE LTD. is VAT-registered under BIN 005315208-8854. References in this policy to "GrowShines," "we," "us," or "our" refer to GROW SHINE LTD. Card and Payment details

We never see or store your full credit or debit card number. All payment processing and card data security are handled entirely by our authorized Merchant of Record, Paddle.com, which complies with strict PCI-DSS international standards.

3. How we use your information

• To deliver the images, videos, campaigns, articles and other work you order
• To manage your subscription, invoices and plan limits
• To provide support and answer your messages
• To prevent fraud, duplicate free trials and abuse of the platform
• To send service notices such as trial expiry or payment confirmation

We do not sell your personal data to anyone, ever.

5. Processors and third parties

To run the service we share the minimum necessary data with:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers who store the platform and your files
• Our Merchant of Record and payment processor, Paddle.com, to securely process billing, taxes, and transactions
• Production and analytics tools our specialists use to create and measure your work, including services operated by Google, OpenAI and Anthropic
• Advertising platforms, only where you have asked us to manage your campaigns

These providers process data on our instructions and are bound by their own security and privacy obligations.

6. Cookies

We use a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep you logged in and remember your chosen language. If we add analytics or advertising cookies, you will be asked for consent first.

7. How long we keep data

• Account data: while your account is open, then up to 12 months
• Uploaded files and delivered work: 12 months, unless you ask us to delete them sooner
• Payment and invoice records: as long as tax and accounting law requires

8. Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

• Give you a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your account and personal data
• Stop using your data for marketing

9. Security & International Data Transfers

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. The site runs over HTTPS. Access to client files is limited to the specialists assigned to your account. Because our hosting and payment processors (such as Paddle) operate globally, your information may be transferred to and processed in countries outside of your residence, under strict data protection agreements.

10. Children

GrowShines is a B2B service and is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

11. Changes to this policy

If we make a material change we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, notify you by email.
